Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious, comfortable, and luxurious rooms that are normally quiet, although some discrepancies between the actual amenities and the initial description were noted. The service was top-shelf, especially from the helpful Concierge. It is located in the bustling new business area of Warsaw, ideal for both drinks and relaxation. The dining options were delicious with a good variety, but there is room for improvement at this standard. The facilities were impressive overall.
I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and very comfortable rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great views of the city skyline. The service was excellent, very polite, and accommodating, even though I didn't speak the native language. The location was very ok, a bit far to walk to main restaurants and attractions, but suitable for the kids on weekends. The dining experience was superb with high-quality and diverse options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor inconveniences.
Staying on the 16th floor provided an amazing view, and the room was equipped with delightful Polish Wedel chocolate. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and boasted a huge comfortable bed. Some downsides were the slightly far distance to main attractions and the challenging wait during check-in.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were of high quality on the 23rd floor, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed; however, the smell of tobacco was a downside. The service, especially from the Concierge, was top-notch, but some staff seemed to lack proper training. The location was good but slightly far from main attractions. The dining options were delicious, with staff being very helpful, although it was very busy at times.
The hotel is located in the center of the new city, making it very convenient for exploring. The rooms, although lacking soundproofing, are comfortable. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate requests. Dining options were varied and delicious, although sometimes challenging during busy events. Overall, a very nice experience with great facilities but could benefit from minor improvements.
